Dear Colleagues, Alumni, Students, and Friends of the Physics Community,
We invite you to join us in paying tribute to the extraordinary life and contributions of the late Prof. B.S.B. Karunaratne, a pillar of the Physics Department whose passion for teaching, research, and mentorship inspired generations.
In conjunction with the commemoration ceremony on Nov. 14th, we are launching a limited-time special donation drive—every contribution, big or small, will be directed entirely to the Physics Department in Prof. Karunaratne’s memory.
Let us transform our grief into action. Let us ensure that his vision for accessible, innovative, and impactful physics education lives on.
